Technical support The smooth running of our power plants relies on the technical support team, which oversees the implementation of complex installations and acts as an interface for all questions concerning maintenance of SACCAL generating set installations. SACCAL draws its reactivity from its network of agents to ascertain a local service for SACCAL clients around the world.
|The spare parts department receives orders and organizes them according to their degree of urgency. The customer support team is responsible for flow management and ensuring that deadlines are met. Finally, the management and ordering of stocks is handled by the management team. SACCAL also offers you the possibility of ensuring the safety of your installation with specially Adapted maintenance contracts, checks and services which must be performed on a periodic basis. This Preventive Maintenance Contract affords you the opportunity to have your machine thoroughly inspected by a mechanical and an electrical service technician at least once a month. They will also perform machine calibration; do the necessary checks, repairs and changes as per the relative maintenance
First mention in the contract will be the list of equipment to be controlled, their mode of exploitation, types and costs of maintenance. It will also mention the general conditions of application to which the owner of the equipment is committed to in writing. The energy production installations are necessary to endure standby supply, security of people and goods: it is therefore essential to ensure their maintenance. SACCAL thus sets up one contract précising all ways and constraints linked to the installation.
